Had my first massage with Freddy today. Absolutely amazing. She got to my tired and tight muscles very quickly and with her strong hands soon got the blood flowing and released the tension. Thoroughly recommend her services. I was so pleased I’ve booked my next massages a d already looking forward to them. Her studio is easy to find and plenty of parking.

I go to Freddy for personal training and massages, and both are excellent! Lovely surroundings, heated table, and skilful massage. Animal lovers will also enjoy meeting Mango the dog.

The best massage ever! I've had massages before but nothing that left me feeling as relaxed and reinvigorated afterwards as this one. Great value for money too - I'll be back soon!

Freddy delivers what you ask for...I like deep massage for my sore back and tight neck, although the full massage is sooooooo relaxing too. I fell asleep last time 😴😅 definitely the best I’ve had 👍🏻
